“I want to give a special thanks to Kevin and the night crew at Craftsman. My trailer door fell off while I was at a receiver, called about 1600 and talked to Kevin and with no problems he said just bring it once I was unloaded and we will get you in and out. I ended up not getting to the shop until 2300 and he was still like we’ll get it done!! Him and the crew had me out in 45 mins. That is what I call top notch service. I will sure enough tell the company I drive for, if we need anything trailer related issues in this area to make sure they call Craftsman first. Please give them my appreciation again.”
